I've certificates in .CRT & .CER (DER Format) format. I tried to upload on Dev Center but it's saying "Make sure the certificate is correct and then try uploading it again." I also tried to upload .CER (Base-64) format by exporting the certificate, it didn't worked. I also tried to upload in .PEM format using SSL Converter it didn't work.

So can anyone guides me what's the correct way/format to upload the certificate.

You will use a .CER format.
