First,I open MNM,then plug in thedata card,we can see that a new network appears in the system's network connection,but not in MNM`s "Select Networks"GUI. How can i Refresh or other methods or some APIs to let the new network appear? thanks~~

Each driver must have the Netmon driver installed.  When you plug in the NIC and look at it's properties, do you see the netmon driver install.  I'm actually not certain of the behavior as I've not tested this.  But perhaps we can try the following.

With the NIC inserted, try running nmconfig /I" from the Program Files directory as Admin?  Then does it show up in the UI?  Does it stick when you remove and reinsert?
