I'm tring to test(WHCK) my eMMC on some x86 platform.

The system should be tested as it is being shipped to the customer. Therefore if C-states are planned to be enabled when shipped, the system should be tested as such. If enabling the c-states is causing a degradation in performance then please notify Intel and work with them on a resolution.
