Trying to host a wcf service in sharepoint 2016 web app. When i try to add this service as a service reference in another solution i keep getting challenged with creds and get error The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'. The authentication header received from the server was 'NTLM,Negotiate'.The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
