Recently, they've started getting an error that pops up as soon as they click on the link to take them to the order entry page. If they click "ok," it takes them to the order form like nothing is wrong. It's similar to the ones I've seen here before (I did a massive amount of searching before I posted this), but it seems different as well.

So, if I'm reading this correctly, the only way I can fix this error is by turning off the Offline Mode option? It's confusing, because in the Offline Mode option, it states: "If the form is running in a Web browser, Offline Mode is not available."
