With the newest preview for Mac (5) my app has stopped being able to deploy to any iOS device. It builds successfully but when it goes to deploy I get the following error:

It's also verified by some others recently, and it seems already to be fixed in Xamarin studio version 6.3.0.834. Then you could try this version to see if the issue will run away.
