I have an app that I've already built ( with different software), my client want me to make it available on Windows Phone. I have an html5 re-direct that I can use. I want to upload my splash screen and have it set to go to this redirect, how would I make that happen? I am not a programmer and my coding is limited. Any ideas on how I can make that happen? I tried to <href> an image, and text with no luck. Help Please.

I am not sure what you are talking about.  What do you mean an html5 redirect?  A redirect is not issued from the HTML.  It is issued from a server.  Can you expand on your question?
