Created and saved an excel spreadsheet using Office 2010 that incorporates a drop-down list and dependent drop-down list capability within specific cells in the worksheet.  Utilized the Data Validation, List (Alt + D+ L) capability to apply this condition in specific cells.

I shared this spreadsheet with two colleagues, one colleague happens to also be on Office 2010, while the other colleague is currently using Office 2007.  The colleague using Office 2010 had no problems using the spreadsheet that was created and was able to successfully test the drop-down list and dependent drop-down list capabilities built into the spreadsheet.  However, the colleague who is currently using Office 2007 was unable to see or even select the drop-down lists.

1. Do you add some form controls or ActiveX controls into your workbook?

2. Do you mean that your drop down list is data validation list?

3. What your Office version, 32-bit or 64-bit?
