I'm looking to create a method where documents are set with an expiration date.

When the expiration date reaches, the user is sent a reminder to update the document or delete it. If they don't respond in 2 weeks, then an email is sent to me to deal with it manually.

I've set up the retention policy to start at the expiration date and execute a workflow. I'm using 2016 Sharepoint on-prem with 2013 workflows. How would I create a workflow to do such a thing?

I need something to be light as I need to deploy this to many libraries after.
