VS 2017, said a restart is required, it will automatically install any necessary things afterwards, but after an hour, no installations so I found the program and ran it. It is great looks amazing too, but no matter what project I open if I make a new one or anything about 40 seconds into having the solution open it says "VS is busy" and it never returns so I can work. it stayed busy for 1 hour before I ended the task in Task Manager. I couldn't even close out normally.
Any ideas or fixes for it?

Please turn hibernation off by running the following command as administrator:
powercfg.exe /hibernate off
After running it, restart the computer and you can turn it on again by using
powercfg.exe /hibernate on
After this, open visual studio installer to check for any updates for Visual Studio(install them if any are available), run visual studio 2017 as administrator. If the issue persists, attempt to reset Visual Studio to System Defaults(click Tools->Import and Export Settings->Reset All Settings) and please open an administrative CMD window and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\Common7\IDE, and run the command: devenv /safemode, if it works and it looks like this issue caused by the extensions or you need to remove the installed extensions under Tools—Extensions and Updates. Meanwhile, repair visual studio 2017.
