2013年？不多。您可以使用数据管理网关使用Flow / Power BI（即使这样您也需要使用O365而不是本地）。除此之外，除了OOTB混合功能之外，您无法正常整合任何内容。

We have an SharePoint 2013 on-premise environment (a huge farm) and we are planning to migrate it to O365. I know it will be a long journey and may take couple of years but I was planning to take the system slowly and gradually to O365 where my business should be able to levarage the O365 capabilities at the earliest and get the feeling that they are adapting and experience the cloud.

In that regards, I would like to start by giving them some of the feature or functionalities or apps that they can use it in the current system at on-prem and do not need to experience that they are taken away from their system. I want to feel them that they are able to achieve everything from their On-Prem.

So I would like to know what features or capabilities I can bring to on-prem from O365 cloud which will not involved any development work but kind of plug n play or little configurations. 

For example - A video feature from Microsoft Stream where the  iframe can embed code for a video in Stream via "Share > Embed."

In the similar manner would like to know what all the other features I can do to bring the cloud capabilities to On-Prem without using any Hybrid solutions.

Appreciate your prompt response or guidance on this.

In 2013? Not much. You can use Flow/Power BI using the Data Management Gateway (even then you need to use those from O365 rather than on-prem). Other than that, beyond the OOTB hybrid capabilities, nothing you can squarely integrate.
