What did you install, common tools for visual c++ or Visual C++ 2015 Build Tool?

If you couldn’t install common tools for visual c++, the issue has been considered as a bug and submitted to Microsoft: https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedbackdetail/view/3113701/common-tools-for-visual-c-2015-couldnt-be-installed-after-the-checking-and-updating-it-from-control-panel. So please go to help->About Microsoft Visual Studio to check if you have installed visual c++ 2015.
