我想计算在Windows上花费的时间。但是我不知道Windows完全启动的时间。我的工具将在Windows进入桌面后运行。我的工具必须在所有启动的程序之后运行随着windows
的开始。我怎么判断所有与windows satrting一起启动的程序已经完全启动了？有没有人给我一些计算时间的建议？tks！

I want to calculate the time that spent on windows starting.But I don't know which time that the windows started completely.My tool will run after the windows enter desktop.And my tool must run after all the program which started along with the windows starting.How do i  judge all the program that started along with the windows satrting have been started completely?Does anyone give me some suggestions to calculate that time?tks!
