For this issue, please try with following steps:

1。从控制面板卸载VS 2017

1. Uninstall VS 2017 from control panel

2。删除以下文件夹（重要步骤）：

2. Delete the following file folders(important step):

C：\Program Files \ Microsoft Visual Studio

C：\ProgramData \ Microsoft /\\Visual Studio

C：\ Users \ 用户 \ AppData \本地\微软\ Visual Studio （ 用户是您的登录名）

C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio ( where user is your login name)

3 。之后，确保Windows更新是最新的，清理％temp％文件夹并暂时禁用任何防病毒软件。

3. After that, make sure windows update is up-to-date, clean up the %temp% folder and temporarily disable any antivirus software.
