I have copied an access database (2003) over to a new machine and now on one of my entry forms the list box which shows all entries, shows some values date, person's name etc but does not show other values job no, extension no - on checking, the values are in the table but not showing in the list and shows in the forms text boxes if i'm editing the data. Any ideas - thanks
