We have a MS access application and have been working on building custom help files for this application. The application is bound to a MS SQL backend and uses Access as the content frontend. I have read various articles on why chm files are not recommended to use with all operting systems (95-win7) when dealing with a networked applciation. So now I am really confused what would be the best file format to use for our applications that would be able to be supported for all OS types, and could handle networking? Where would i find the code to be able to offer content sensitive help?
