PowerPoint 2010对象缓存过渡问题 [英] Issue with PowerPoint 2010 object caching for transitions
Hello tskiles,

It seems that PowerPoint 2010 is caching objects, like charts, prior to displaying those objects either as part of a slide transition or for animating the object itself onto the screen. The problem arises when a software add-in programatically alters the object, such as updating the data for a chart. There does not appear to be any way to get PowerPoint to re-cache the object. This leads to an incorrect object being animated onto the screen and then promptly replaced by the correct one.
Is there any way to programatically invalidate an object so that PowerPoint will re-cache it before transitioning it onto the screen?
Hello tskiles,
For a Chart, we could use Chart.Refresh method to get it refreshed before transitioning it onto the screen.
Thanks.
