PS：我的应用处理Web API但从不收集任何用户信息

We had to add a privacy policy to our W8 app, now what about WP8 , we do have a privacy policy box in store while submitting but what about the Application itself?

do we need to add  a WebBrowser Reference or a link on the Application Bar?

PS:My app deals with Web APIs but never collects any user info

i dont know about WP8 but in my WP7 apps,they didnt ask for a privacy policy file.

But it wouldnt hurt you,if you added as an application baritem as you said
