I have designed a app for my win phone 7 using .net C#. Now i want to run the same application on another phone of mine running Android as base OS.

You're in a wrong forum - this one is neither for Windows Phone 7 nor Android.

In any case you would need to rewrite your application from scratch using different tools, different  programming language and different APIs. Same goes for other mobile OS, e.g. iOS.
