I 've developed an app recently and already passed MS certification. My problem though is that the people I know do not own any wp8 device! Unfortunately this delays me from publishing my app.

Do you know if MS can send me any wp8, new or used so i can give it out to people for testing.
Is there any forum that people with dev license are willing to help me out with user testing?
