问题：

I'm trying to make changes to a Sharepoint menu. I've made the changes in Sharepoint Designer but the changes are not showing in Sharepoint itself.

重现步骤：

• 打开Sharepoint Designer
• 点击列表和库

• 双击列名称
• 在列编辑器中进行更改
• 打开Sharepoint站点
• 打开列表

I have looked online at forums and Youtube videos for help with this too. But it seems that I am doing the correct thing. I've also tried making the changes from within Sharepoint. Alternative method below:

I was looking for a Publish button in Sharepoint Designer - like there is when you edit workflows.

The only other point to add is that this is a Test/Development site that we have not used before in any way - it is a subsite of a Live Production site. Not sure if that is relevant but I am new to Sharepoint and feel I've only scratched the surface etc.

Per my test, change the value of dropdown column from SharePoint designer is not working, 

But we can change the value of dropdown column from the list.

Navigate to list-> list settings->click the dropdown column->change the choice->ok:
