SharePoint 2010.

I am new to SharePoint development.  I am very familiar with VBA for Office tools and ASP.Net VBA coding.

I have a SharePoint site on which I create a Wiki page library.  I would like to create some code that reads (processes) some of the wiki pages and build or edits another page as a result.  Can anyone point me in the right direction or provide an example with code?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
