I am having SharePoint 2013 environment with 3 WFE servers,2 APP servers,2 Office web app servers and 1 Workflow manager server.

WFM is updated by running the Web PI (Web Platform Installer) on the server running WFM. You can search for Workflow Manager to find updated binaries.
