Push notifications delay between 3-7 minutes.

Despite the feedback from users who claim that they are not receiving push notifications at all, it appears that the messages are being queued up on our end. It also appears that they are actually sent successfully. We've confirmed that the submitted push certificate is correct and does not expire until 2014.

We wanted to see if Microsoft could look at our push messages as they come into the Microsoft systems and determine if we are configured correctly, and if any delays are occurring within Microsoft's network.  In addition if you see any issues with our implementation, then we will need some guidance and a possible 3 way conversation between Microsoft, us and our development partner for this release.
