We have a problem with one of our SharePoint users. There seems to be a problem with this users profile in SharePoint. When the user tries to "edit" her own profile she gets an error message:

SharePoint 2013, updated with May updates.

An unexpected error has occurred. 
 

Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.

Same thing happens when trying to edit her profile using an admin account. Other users created before and after is working fine.

Hi,

It seems that you need to install May 2018 CU for SharePoint 2013. Check below article for more information about May 2018 CU for SharePoint 2013:

Be aware that all Updates for SharePoint 2013 require SharePoint Server 2013 SP1 to be installed first.

In addition, check the ULS log based on the correlation ID for more error message.

The default location of the ULS log in SharePoint 2013 is:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS
