I am having issues signing in to validate my Visual Studio 2015 after the 30 day trial expired. The following errors pop up. if i were to ignore and hit Continue after I input my full name

Nothing happens; I do not see the next screen, nor does any other message pops up, and I have no other choice but to close the window

Restart your machine, and then run your Visual Studio as Administrator, try to sign in again.

Also reset your IE/Edge settings, clean the cache and history, test it again.
