When I try to open the menu for "Project Class Wizard" I get an error "Access denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED" and only on one project, it works fine on all my other projects.  This project is a MFC Doc\View: CEditView based application, this happened after I added some "extern" functions.

1.Run Visual Studio as administrator.
