I am trying to pass value to a sharepoint list item placeholder from a variable in sharepoint designer. But I am not getting the way to do it.

Example : Site NAME: {site name}. This is present in my list as a list item.

and I want to pass value to placeholder {site name} from sharepoint designer by adding values to a worklfow variable.
