Does any one know if mixing Premium and ultimate it breaks the oldest version installed? I had Visual Studio 2012 premium and I installed after Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate. Visual Studio 2012 premium broke. I started getting an error saying the nugget package was broken and when I tried to run a project it said I needed to re install Visual Studio 2012 because something went wrong with the debug mode. Any ideas?

Commonly, VS 2012 Premium and VS 2013 can be installed on the same machine separately and won't affect with each other.

Try to re-install the packages.

At the NuGet console say: Update-Package -Reinstall -ProjectName Your.Project.Name

Omit '-ProjectName' parameter if you want to re-install packages and restore references for the whole solution.

Or if you would like to perform a full complete re-install of VS2012, you can first uninstall these VS2012 components from the Control Panel.

After you burned the iso to a new CD, please follow the steps below to reinstall the VS:

1). Turn off your anti-virus and antispyware software during installation.

2). Install the latest Windows updates.

3). Clean your %temp% folder and then run the installer with Administrator privilege.
