Logparser doesn't support .cap files as far as I'm aware (I know of the tool, but am not familiar with it's inner workings).  You could write a program using our API to import a .cap file into an SQL database, but that's a lot of work.

I think the easiest thing for you is going to be to open the file in Network Monitor, add the columns you want to analyze to your summary view, then hit Ctrl+A, and then Ctrl+C.  Then you can paste the rows into Excel to perform further analysis.
