Note- this have limitation is it is Standalone (only for one machine)

still you want to use your setup then
ok uninstall it
remove related registry keys
And also remove related folders from c drive
make sure firewall is OFF

and login to administrator account which is by default having all rights in OS
from there install it, for everyone (Not for just me)

when installing,
Configuration checking window should not show any failure or warning
after installation complete,
the last message should show installed successfully , should not give any error

and then make sure SQL service is started(Running) when ever connecting to sql server
