We need help on how to make sure that our desktop app meet the following certifications for windows 8
We need to make sure that our app needs Clean, Reversible installation with the following recommondations:Must include Version & Publisher in ARP; No left-overs on un-install
We need more resources on how to improve following requirements for windows 8 such as
- Install to correct location
-X64 support
-OS version check
-UAC Compliance
-Adhere to restart manager
-Don't load in safe mode
Multi-user support
Plus we need resources on how to suppport new windows 8 certification requirements such as
Application reliability- No crashes or hangs during tests; no Application Compatibility Modes; avoid loading binaries using Applnit_Dlls
Supports windows security features-Pass included BinScope Binary Analyzer test
Don't disable Windows security features- Pass Included Attack surface Analyzer test
