I have Windows 7 and Office 2010 Home & Business with Outlook 2010.  For a long time I could click on email links to get to a website.  For the last week or two I cannot, but get the pop up which says: "General failure. The URL was: "http..."  I have reset Internet Explorer defaults, but the problem continues.  I have tried regedit, but I have no files dealing with "firefox".  I have seen many forums which suggest fiddling with firefox, but I have never used that application.
