         Can anyone pls tell me how to retrieve the Ease of Settings from Settings through code to handle the font Size inside the app dynamically.Pls help me in this issue.Thanks in Advance

我不相信您可以直接从您的应用中更改轻松访问设置。这会使您的应用影响整个手机的设置，而不仅仅是您的应用。

I do not believe you can directly change the Ease of Access settings from your app. This would enable your app to affect the settings for the whole phone, not just your app.

在您的应用中，您可以使用默认主题，  覆盖主题等。

Within your app you can use the default themes,  override themes etc.
