my OnNote notebook I started using at work this week worked normally for a day or two, but now when I try to access the online version via Office365, it get an error like this:

The notebook does not show on my OneDrive either even though I have not deleted it. What can I do? The only way I can now acccess the notes are using the desktop app on the device I originally started using it on. Seems to work ok, but it won't sync.

Did the issue only occur on one OneNote file?

If the issue only occurs on one OneNote file, you could delete the OneNote file and re-upload OneNote file in SharePoint online. And re-upload the OneNote file in the OneDrive.
