So recently I decided to get into C# development. After installing the most minimalistic version of Community 2015 for C# development, the IDE will not start and just get's stuck on loading a white window with the 'Visual Studio' logo.

I did manage to run the setup through CMD and provide a .log of the process. This however, gave me a link on line 4 to a sub-domain on the Microsoft website which was an alternative download to Visual Studio Community 2015. That alternative download is the only one that has gotten me past the setup stage, but it still does not fix the current issue this post is about.
