I got issue with Test manager installation for different domain.

We are working in Virtual desktop with specific domain(XXX) but when we try to install test agent in different domain (YYY) i see test agent status as disconnected.

To give more context, i have windows 7 virtual machine (XXX domain) and i am trying to install test agent in windows 10 virtual machine(YYY domain) through MTM in Windows 7 machine.

Even though all verification getting passed and test agent is getting installed I see test agent displaying disconnected status.

Are these domains (TFS, test controller, test agent) trusted? If not, you can create the shadow account (local account with same username and password) on these machines, then configure test agent and controller with that account.

On the other hand, you can enable test agent and controller logs, then check detail error on the log files.
