请检查您是否设置了"禁用嵌入字体？"到"是"在中央政府。将其更改为"否"。

并检查ConversionJobSettings的属性（DoNotEmbedSystemFonts，EmbedFonts和SubsetEmbeddedFonts）。

I am converting word document(having custom fonts which is installed on all servers) to pdf using word automation service. Conversion is working fine but fonts are not correct in created PDF. How to use custom font (SHEERB.TTF) in pdf using word automation service? Can anyone help me here?

Hi,

Please check if you set "Disable embedded fonts?" to "Yes" in Central Administration. Change it to "No".

And check the properties(DoNotEmbedSystemFonts,EmbedFonts and SubsetEmbeddedFonts) of the ConversionJobSettings.
