How do I show Inactive users in SharePoint? If User account is disabled or deleted from AD, SharePoint does not put {} around username to show it is inactive. I have tried deleting user from site collection, user profile from CA but still SharePoint does not put {} to show user as inactive. User does not come up in people picker so they cannot add inactive user but I need to show if existing users are inactive/orphaned.

There is no mechanism in SharePoint to do this. 3rd party tools do have this functionality, but what they do is get the information it needs about the user from a Site Collection and cross reference Active Directory.
