I need Windows Desktop Search to allow Windows Mail to find messages but I hate clutter in my System Tray - how can I remove the magnifying glass icon in the system tray?

 

Note: I am not taking about the "Windows Search Deskbar" which I can remove by right clicking on the taskbar, choosing toolbars, then unselecting this toolbar.

 

Note: I know I can right click on the icon and then choose exit and it goes away but it comes back on the next reboot.

 

Note: I know I can make it a 'hidden icon' (by going into the hide inactive icons settings) but that's not what I want. I have no hidden icons in my system tray and don't want the hidden icons triangle added to my system tray.
