I have new MacBook Pro with TouchID. I had dual boot it for Windows 10. So far things work fine. However, when I complete VS 2015 Enterprise edition with all features included the laptop restarts.

On restart the Windows Screen is stuck at the loading where the ring keeps animating and nothing happens. I let it open for more than 24hrs. but same state.

I formatted the HDD and reinstalled Win 10 and then VS 2015, but same problem. Not sure what the issue is. Also the OS doesn't boot in Safe Mode. I tried to repair by booting into a Bootable OS USB, but after diagnosing it says unable to restore.
