I am working on SharePoint on-premises 2013 team site collection. and for a single user only the Modified-by & Created-by fields are being shown for this user as following "our-domainname\firstname" instead of "FirstName LastName".

To check what is going on, i added this user to a security group, by typing the following "our-domainname\firstname", and the user got added to the security group correctly, and then i click on his username inside the security group member, i got the correct display name as follow "FirstName LastName".
所以我检查了网站集内的隐藏用户列表https://*****/_catalogs/users/simple.aspx and i have noted that there are 2 users items one
for 名字姓氏".第二个是我们的域名\名字" ..那么任何人都可以对此提出建议吗?
