I have a file containing over 30,000 characters that I need to use for the ManagedBookmarks Chromium group policy (https://www.chromium.org/administrators/policy-list-3#ManagedBookmarks). It's possible to extend it but not to the extent you wish to be.
You see, that value will ultimately be written to registry as REG_SZ type, which has length limit of 16,383 characters. Changing this to > 16383 will likely to just choke the GPClient and makes other policies unable to be applied to the computers.
