I'm trying to get WER activated with the mini dump files information that Windows 2008 generates for a crash report:

Version.txt
AppCompat.txt
memory.hdmp
minidump.mdmp

I need to get this activated on customer's Windows 2008 machine to begin a Visual Studio 2015 dump debug process.  The only file that is created is the *.DMP file and that doesn't seem to give me all the information I need.   

Overall, how does one enable and installed WER on a Windows 2008 machine where the WERCON.EXE is made available.  That file seems to be difference between my Windows 2008 and the customer's Windows 2008 setup?  I have the WERCON.EXE and he doesn't  and we can't seem to find any MSDN information on how that is probably setup to get the *.hdmp and *.mdmp files.

I am trying to get a customer to enabled/install "Problems Reports and Solutions" under his Control Panel for Windows 2008. I have it under my 2008 machine.  It is part of WER but I can't find anything the helps in installing for the customer to help debug a problem.  I have a WERCON.EXE under system32 but he doesn't  How do I get this installed?
