I'm experiencing a printing problem.
On an industrial PC with Intel Celeron CPU J1900 CPU with 4GB RAM and Win7 embedded standard (32bit) I found a particular slowness in the printing process that I did not have on other types of PCs.
After doing some of the tests I found that on the PC, the printing process takes a long time between the PrintDocument.Print call and the PrintPage event.
On the same PC I tried to print with Paint and it turns out to be fast.
My question is: what happens between the call to the Print method and the PrintPage event?

I apologize if the question may be unclear or out of focus, but I have no idea how to solve this problem.

I performed more tests and it seems the trouble is not connected with PC or code.

If I use another printer the process become immediately faster so I think the trouble is in the printer driver side.
