How can I get the site owners using search scope. If I search for a site owner, I should get all the Site Titles in which he is the owner of in the search result page.

I think it is difficult to achieve your purpose using SP search. I Tried using Auther property, but it does not work.

As a workaround, you can use PowerShell Script to Output Site Collection Information for each site collection into a Excel file. Then you can display the results by using filter function. For example, display all sites if the site owner is James(owner name=James).
