I have stuck somewhere to find out the IP Address and Mac Address of the host Server( or host) through which i am connected with it.

I had tried to get the list of WiFi connection available to my Mobile and succefully coded to connect with it, but now i require to get the IP address, Mac Address, Gateway etc.
