Hi, we have built a Sandbox Solution that our client is having trouble Activating in his SP2013 server. We have other clients who have successfully installed this.

To troubleshoot the issue, check things below:
1.检查"Microsoft SharePoint Foundation沙盒代码服务"服务是否已启动.然后重新启动"Microsoft SharePoint Foundation沙盒代码服务"服务.
1. Check if the "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Sandboxed Code Service" service is started. Then re-start the "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Sandboxed Code Service" service.
转到管理中心->系统设置->管理服务器上的服务->找到"Microsoft SharePoint Foundation沙盒代码服务".
Go to Central Administration->system settings->Manage services on server->find "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Sandboxed Code Service".
