recently a game I play - the binding of issac - got new dlc and now requires VC++ 2015. I attempted to install it, but found that just before it finished, the install fails, as does any attempt to repair the installation. I am running on Windows 7 and i got error: "0x80070424 - The specified service does not exist as an installed service"
