When i try to open Central Administration from shortcut/Menu browser open and show http://myserver:100 but does not show CA site, if i access like http://myserver:100/default.aspx than able to access CA site.

类似地，当我访问任何主机名webapplicaiton(如myportal.mydomain.com)时，它仍然不会显示网站.

Similarly when i access any host name webapplicaiton like myportal.mydomain.com it still not show website.

Per my test in my SharePoint 2013 environment, I can access the central administration and other web application just by the http://server:1000/.
